This hotel is the closest to my office so I hope to be able to stay here many more times for work trips. However, this was my first time staying here and the mattress in our room was very uncomfortable and felt worn out. My partner thought he could feel springs through the mattress and both of us noticed considerable lumpiness and depressions where others had slept before. Please consider getting a new mattress in room 501!

4/10 Fair

The hotel is comfortable but is awkward to get to. First you park in front of the hotel, register and then park in the parking garage which is close to the hotel but not attached. The accommodations for a bathroom with mobility accessibility was very nice. It was spacious and very comfortable with the exception that it did not have a roll in shower. The actual space in the bathroom and grab bars should be actually pictured in the advertisements. The entrance into the hotel did not have any curb cuts and the gutters were full of ice which made it difficult to navigate. Our particular stay was memorable being greeted by a very friendly person offering coffee, cocoa and cookies the minute we arrived juxtaposed by an overworked understaffed front desk staff who did not make us feel welcomed as we registered. Our actual room was quiet, large and very comfortable. The pillows were not the most comfortable I have had but there were two different kinds. Parking cost $20 per night. The breakfast dining area needs new chairs (hopefully someone has them on order). Food included eggs, precooked waffles, yogurt, sausage, fruit, dried cereal, and juice.

6/10 Good

Okay at best
The parking situation here is not good. You will pay 20 bucks a night to park in a nearby garage with a very strange exit. They don't mention that in your booking. The pool most certainly is not heated (even though they said it was). It was ice cold. The hot tub looked kinda dirty and smelled bad too. Rooms are a decent size and the location is good. You can drive straight down Pearl Street. The staff was fairly friendly. The kid who makes hot chocolate is a highlight. He's wonderful. It's an okay hotel but not much better than anything else run of the mill.

Great hotel. Parking is a bit of a struggle.
Very nice hotel in downtown Boulder. Easy access (Just off Pearl Street). SUPER Breakfast buffet. Service is great. ONLY downside is parking. (Extra charge and in garage next door)

Not like last year.
We stayed here last year and loved it. This year was different. They took up the coffee and hot water at 10 AM. No way to fix us a cup of coffee or hot tea. Sometimes the coffee would be out there but no cups. The breakfast bar had fewer items, no gluten free options. One day they had no creamer for coffee. No microwave in room to heat up water. I did not use the coffee pots in the rooms. If you were to take your flashlight from your phone and look in them, you would never drink out of them again. The room service was good, the housekeepers were accommodating.

Good Hotel
The bed was kind of uncomfortable and the pillows were very uncomfortable. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and being able to bring our dog was great.
