Affordable Comfort
Good little no-frills place to stay near Boulder/Longmont. Clean and affordable. The hallways are a bit noisy if people are hanging out in common areas but the neighborhood is quiet. Breakfast was good (hb eggs, pastries, cereals, apples/bananas). Staff was friendly. It seemed like a good hotel for families.

This is not a major hotel and that's part of the charm. Not a lot of amenities, but a nice big room, nice bed, clean and really quiet. Breakfast was underwhelming, but again, that's not why you would book here.

Great price and comfortable
The bed and linens were very comfortable. Hotel and area surrounding it was very quiet. Location was convenient. We had no complaints. But, the room had an unusual arrangement. If you enjoy sitting in bed and watching TV, you probably will be disappointed by the distance between bed and TV screen.

The young lady at the help desk was super helpful in telling us how to get to CU the next morning. I was really thankful for her help. The inn itself was cute. The breakfast was adequate, but the bed was super uncomfortable. Neither of us slept well at all. The room itself cute. Overall, it was fine to be there and mostly met our needs.

Kind of an odd place. Very small and quiet. Our view was the hot tub area with 12+ bikes laying around, and garbage on the ground so we never opened the curtains. The room was nice and big but we thought we were closer to the CU campus. Bathroom door wouldn't close. Dishwasher fell out of the cabinet and was not attached.
