Great Inn
The hotel was excellent and in a quite neighborhood. Comfortable room,I enjoyed walking the neighborhood in evening and early morning. I would definitely stay again. The innkeeper was very and helpfull pleasant. Great history for this Inn.

Just like home
This is a very home-like inn - with flaws and perks just like being home. The neighborhood is quiet and green; the inn is comfortable and relaxed. Its condition reminds me of being home; some things work and some don't, but it's so reasonably-priced and friendly that all is forgiven. If you expect sterility and perfection, look elsewhere. But if you like to take a walk in a quiet neighborhood, sit out in the gazebo next to a park, or sleep in a comfortable bed in a quiet room, this is your place.

Solid stay when visiting Boulder
A super solid property. Rooms are really large, but are odd in that there is a kitchen that takes up one wall. There's no sink in the bathroom, so you need to wash your hands in a sink outside the room. Also, the plumbing in the sink was clogged, but the owner (a super-cool guy) took care of it on short order. bed really comfortable (or I was dog tired). The breakfast is holiday inn express fare (mini bagels, mini muffins and cinnamon rolls and a selection of fruits and cereals) and is a good start to a day. It's convenient to my visit to the Boulder campus and I'd stay there again but it is what it is. Big plus? So close to Avery Brewery. My fav!

Clean Affordable No-Frills Hotel
This was an affordable, no-frills, clean hotel which had a nice big room, free wi-fi and was located in a quiet neighborhood. The staff was helpful and courteous and the area was a nice setting with lots of birds chirping in the bog nearby. Our stay was enjoyable.
