"It was a TERRIBLE!!! I didn't stay the night with good reasons "

"I waited over 45 minutes to check into my pre payed room! Room was not very clean and had a bad odor. The shower mechanism was loose and controlling the temperature was difficult! Pool area had rust on the floor. My granddaughter cut her toe on a broken tile on the floor of the pool area. The jazzuci was green! Breakfast of out of waffle batter, out of yogurt and we arrived an hour before it closed. I have stayed here several times in the past few years but we will not stay here in the future!"

"The staff explained all amenities clearly and help us to find a good restaurant. The swimming pool was closed but the patio was really nice and quiet."

"I recently reserved a room for a work colleague at this property, and the condition of the room he was given was completely unacceptable. He arrived to find poop and mucus stains on the bed sheets and vomit stains on the floor. This is far below any reasonable standard of cleanliness or hospitality. Because of this experience, we will not be booking future stays at your property. I am requesting that this issue be addressed promptly, as no guest should encounter conditions like these. "
