Stayed for 4 nights: mattress was bad so we dreaded going to bed by the 3rd night; TV volume stopped working (but got fixed); room was freezing on night two but after a maintenance request the unit was serviced but then the room was a sweat box on the last night, as the t-stat did nothing to help.
