The service that this hotel gave was outstanding I love the pool hours. Rooms were clean even with the remodeling going on. They accommodated everything I will definitely be back to this hotel and I’m going to recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Had fun
The first room was nice. However, we moved because the thermostat was making a annoying noise. The 2nd room was nice. However, there was hair on the floor in the bathroom. Floor was dirty and the thermostat was not working. The room kept getting hotter instead of cooler. All in all the stay was wonderful. Pool area fantastic. Bummed restaurant was closed it was under construction. They had breakfast in the ballroom and it was good.

Our stay was excellent. We checked in closer to the evening and there happened to be a couple travel buses with a school ball team. Kevin at the front desk was outstanding. He swiftly got us checked in as well as them and answered our questions. Later in the evening, an extremely irate guest was giving Kevin a difficult time. He handled himself and the situation with poise, professionalism, and didn’t allow them to get the reaction they clearly wanted to get or break the rules that were set in place for a reason. His excellent customer service helped diffuse a difficult situation.
