Horrible service
The hotel looks nice. The elevators were always malfunctioning. The room was pleasant at first glance. But We had a bedskirt that looks like it hasn't been cleaned or changed in awhile. The dirt from foot traffic on the skirt was quite a bit along with something reddish dripped on it and dried in 3d texture. Shower had some womans hair on wall. The hotel was a bit noisy at night. Making early morning wake up rough. what really upset me was the lack of service and communication. Tried numerous times to order room service. I had a long day in class. It was 6pm . Nobody answered. Went downstairs and was informed nobody was wrking that night for room service. So they took my order. A salad. It arrived at @7 but it wasnt the salad i ordered. It had ingredients in it that im allergic to. I returned it. They said the front desk said i wanted it this way!! They also said they will remake it. 830pm no salad . I return to find out front desk told them not to remake it because i specifically asked it to be made that way when i didnt. They end up remaking it and i recieve the exact same salad i returned due to allergies. 9pm They now say the menu has changed but hasnt been printed yet and the salad they keep making me is the one replacing the one i ordered from the menu in all the rooms. I had to be in class early am i went without dinner. How do you serve something to someone that they didnt order without consulting? This is horrible and dangerous.
