Tried to kick us out early. Room dirty.
Okay, so first off check in was easy and quick. But the elevator was inoperable and we got stuck on the 3rd floor. Toilet ran constantly, bathroom fan didn't work, when using the shower the entire bathroom floor flooded. One towel was provided. Only one drawer opened and it had dirty makeup sponges and paperwork dated back to October

Bed bugs, roaches, and some kind of flying beetles. Told us they had a wheelchair accessible room, then gave us a second floor room with no elevator access.

LIKE AN OVEN! Room was unbearably hot. Radiant heat not forced air heat Thermostat didn't respond immediately. Windows screwed closed. Used the slip lock to partially prop open door for cool air to lower room temp. No wash cloths.Bathtub and toilet seat/top felt "gritty". Used my foot on hand towel to wipe floor. Floor dirty. Something dark was splashed on bathroom door, from top to bottom. Bed made with only top/bottom sheets but no blanket/bed spread. When room temp finally dropped, slept in jacket because it was cold and thermostat didn't work and had no blanket. Cigarette holes in sheet. No housekeeping staff available at check-in.Other guests were loud and running on porch. Small dog was barking. Thin walls! Next morning, neighbor guest took 6a shower that must have lasted an hour. Direct TV signal choppy interrupting viewing. Bed was comfortable but I got NO rest! Either too cold or too hot. AWFUL PLACE TO STAY. I regret my choice!! 😪

I and my lady went out to eat first and returned to the room the sheets and pillow cases were not washed cleanly, I asked for a refund but they said no, we will put you in another room said the clerk answer, I said no so I left
