The property is fabulous- view of Lake Louise is breathtaking. Our room was impeccably clean as were the common areas. Service is impeccable, the staff sensational- professional, courteous, super helpful, caring and ready to go out of their way to make your stay perfect! Dined at both The Lakeside and Louiza and they exceeded our expectations; again superb service, great food, generous enough portions and pleasant environment. Had one of my best ever gnocchi. Extra special mention for above and beyond service: Huey @ Front Desk; Shree and Giorgia @ The Lakeview; and Antoine & Louiza.

The lack of an outdoor pool or hot tub is a real drawback. The only pool is a dark, indoor one. The only outdoor hot tubs required a high per diem charge. At this price point (every room starting at over $1,000 per night), they should build a free indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs. Other than that, great place which knows it has a monopoly so you pay for the location. Bucket list item.
