Honestly, I had mid-level expectations of this hotel. But I must admit that my expectations were exceeded. I am a stickler for cleanliness and the Westin was clean. We had a chance to enjoy the roof top pool/bar and the staff was friendly. I would definitely go back and/or recommend.

Nice hotel in the city centre of Austin. The front desk staff were super friendly when we arrived and offered water directly when we stepped inside of the door. Had some confusion as I shortened my stay and it was approved by hotels and the front desk. Later on, I had to obtain that approval once again which was quite annoying. My customer experience fell between the chairs as hotels.com and then hotel were pointing fingers at each other. But it did get resolved finally.
