There was stains on the white sheer curtains that looked like blood. There was also stains on the sofa. Room was actually smaller thank other SpringHill Suites.

If you need service, don't expect to get any
At first check-in process was great, the woman addressed me by name throughout the whole process. When we came to the room, the television lost signal all of a sudden. Called the front desk, was put on a brief hold. Its really inconvenient when the room phone has no speaker or neck support while we were on hold to even speak to the front desk again. We finally spoke to the original woman who checked us in and explained the situation and requested service for the television. She replied "I will send maintenance right away." 15 mins later... no one. 30 mins later... no one. 1 hour later... no one. Several hours later... no one. I came down a couple of times to bring the rest of our stuff into the room and get coffee. Woman did not follow up with us nor were we even offered the cookies that were offered to another guest checking in. Needless to say maintenance never came and the television was never fixed. Luckily we had other means of entertainment to hold us over for the weekend. Our floor had maintenance or construction. The floors of several rooms outside had plastic tarp over them and a sign of "Ozone in progress" That alone didn't seem safe. The elevator design is really weird, the elevators are about 10 feet apart so one side's button may call the other side and vice versa. Its obviously a problem if they have to make a sign about be aware of which elevator is called.
