One of the nicer hotels reasonably priced in uptown NY. I will always stay here for my visits. Easy to get to and from the airport, great breakfast, wonderful staff. Justa great place to stay.

The location is perfect. The room was very good and clean, with nice view. Breakfast very good.

8/10 Very good

The rooms were very clean, and all members of the staff were kind and extremely helpful. The only complaint I would have is there was a great deal of construction going on inside the hotel lobby and such, so things were not visually up to par. Other than that, we would stay again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Location was easily accessible to Times Square within a couple blocks. The property was in need of repair and updates. But we felt safe and well taken care of.

6/10 Good

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit tired and in need of refreshing. Even though we booked a corner family room, it was a bit on the small side especially the bathroom. The room was not particularly clean especially the kitchen area. Other than this the views and accessibility to everything Manhattan has to offer was amazing. Great location.

The location was fantastic! Very easy walk to Bryant Park & NY public Library, Empire State Bldg, MSG, Rockefeller Center… Subway was just across the street. The hotel is under renovation right now, but the noise was not a nuisance. We had the suite that had an extremely comfortable sofa to rest at the end of the day, along w a kitchenette that was helpful as well.

8/10 Very good

The hotel is under renovation at the street level, which makes it a bit of a challenge getting in and out of the hotel. The rooms can definitely use an update, but it was very nice to have a small kitchen and extra space in a NYC hotel room. The bathroom is extremely small for a suite and difficult to share with another person who shares the room. The location is great if you are attending any Broadway plays. The staff in the breakfast area couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. The food was standard hotel fare.

I had amazing weekend at this hotel Renaissance Marriott hotel on 39th St. Sixth Avenue staff was excellent. The hotel was clean. The food was amazing. I’m from New York so I bought a friend down because I moved to Virginia and my next trip. I will be staying at that hotel again.

6/10 Good

I was a bit surprised with this hotel - we seek out Marriotts and Residence Inns specifically, as the experience is generally consistent. We expect a clean, modern hotel/room. With this location, the overall feel was that the hotel is getting run down. It feels old and a little unclean. They are doing some front desk renovations right now, but the entire hotel could use a facelift. The breakfast was good until I found hair in the scrambled eggs. The front desk staff were super nice, the location is great. I would stay here again if I had to, but I'd be looking for a different hotel first.
