We stayed at this location when it was the lowes beach hotel. The location hasnt changed..but WOW did the property and staff has had an incredible upgrade. We travel a great deal and this is now by far our favorite. Everyone treats you like your the only one staying here. Could not be any happier. By the way, Greg at the front entrance will seem like your best friend in 2 minutes. Super professional and friendly Dk

I love it! This is a totally awesome master piece of style resort. I was here before when it was a Loews hotel! But now woooo this new Regent hotel resort, blowing me away with his new concept and designs, is something like makes me feel really happy! Everything any single space corners, walls, furniture around from the entrance to the top floor are super top notch. What to say from the crew members everyone has a great sense of how important is customer service they make you feel like super special. Food is so good no matter at what time you go to eat this place have good food options for everyone. Location is another A+

Although we frequently stay at five-star hotels such as the Four Seasons and Ritz-Carlton, this experience was truly exceptional and stands out as superior in terms of service and thoughtful attention to detail. Amazing experience at luxury Regent SM Beach hotel

Wonderful stay at the Regent SM Beach! I stayed 10 times at the time the hotel was under Loews brand, and it was already a great hotel… But Regent is even better: rooms are very Very large, with very nice furnishings, a very large bathroom, a 75-inch tv screen etc… Everything is top luxury! The service is very warm, personal and friendly from the front desk and concierge to the bellman, pool staff or housekeeping staff. I had dinner at Orla (octopus as a starter, and lobster with spices for the main course) and this was a very good experience, though pricey. This hotel is top notch and I will definitely come back here next summer!

The best hotel in LA now, well appointed luxurious all-suite hotels with truly 5-star finishes including a spacious walk in rain shower, dressing room, vanity and bidet in the bathroom suite. Loved the Guerlain spa. But the best part of the stay was the truly 5 star service from everyone. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
