This hotel is nice altho I did book this reservation originally checking for a hot tub which said it had when I showed up there wasn’t one . Also there front desk staff is many young girls who clearly seem to be bothered when you ask a question or need some help . The breakfast was good quality food , however many lil ones literally running in circles and yelling in the morning with parents allowing it so all n all I do like hiltons but prob will not stay here again

We booked the hotel for a week. It is located roughly 15 minutes away from the ocean, the city center, and all the entertainment spots. The room was clean, and housekeeping came every two days. There were TVs and air conditioning. Breakfast was served daily, and—as a wonderful bonus—the hotel provided a delicious dinner on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays; that was a really nice touch. However, there were a few things that could use some fixing or improvement. The bathroom door in our room was faulty. The TVs would sometimes turn off on their own or fail to turn on. One of the doors by the pool wouldn't respond to the key card. The curtains in the lobby were dirty, which didn't make a very good impression.

This was the third time we stayed as a family at this property. Based on our two previous stays, we chose to come back. This time, which was two years since the last, things have noticeably declined. The staff could care less to be helpful, especially the night staff at the front desk and the breakfast crew. The breakfast, which was great in the past, was simply terrible. They ran out of product every day we were there and the when asking the staff if more was coming out, they said no...well before breakfast time ended. The pool area was not clean, so much so, we did not even enter. The parking is a joke. One would think if you were charged for parking, there would be enough spaces available...not here. The rooms were adequate, but good luck getting your room cleaned or even getting an extra towel.
