The cart staff were so friendly and efficient. The trail house staff were knowledgeable and helped us choose the best option. Restaurant and pool staff service was not good. It was difficult to order pool side . They seemed short staffed. Would have to flag them down, repeat missed orders. At the restaurant the hostesses told us to find a table. But then the server told us we needed to see a host. Drinks and food took a very long time. Fish tacos were not edible.

The room was spacious and clean And the bed was very comfortable. Staff helped us to celebrate a special occasion with special treat both in the room and at dinner. The property is stunning with gorgeous views in every direction and loaded with amenities and activities.
My only complaint was the value for money at breakfast. Prices were outrageous and quality mediocre.
