The hotel is luxurious and the lobby area was so cozy with its fire place and intimate areas to play a game, chat, and have a drink. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms were lovely.

Overall, we had a nice stay. The bed was kind of uncomfortable and the marble in the bathroom was all discolored from water damage, but overall the hotel is beautiful.

The balcony view of the plaza lights close to Christmas was amazing. We enjoyed the concierge level benefits with breakfast in particular. The checkin/out was seamless and valet was quick despite being quite crowded, we did leave right at checkout time. Overall a wonderful stay

We had just a quick 1 night stay but I was very impressed by the friendly staff, cleanliness of the rooms and facility. The restaurant had an amazing breakfast buffet and get servings for lunch also. A absolute must stay the next time we are in KC
