8/10 Very Good

My room was noisy. Either the trains which are a few blocks away or the generator outside room 456 did not sleep at all. They did move me to another quite room and was upgraded to a suite and got breakfast comped. Staff was very friendly and happy to help. One problem was they were understaffed at the bar and at the restaurant so much that I could not get a table at the restaurant and ended up eating at the bar. There was one bartender for twenty people and could not get his attention as he was mixing drinks for the restaurant too. Finally, I just left a note on the bar to charge my room.
