This was our first visit to this resort and we found it to be a very enjoyable experience. Our room was very clean as well as the whole resort. The staff was very accommodating and eateries provided good quality food. The only negative was we found the gym to be somewhat small for such a large resort. Also the pool area would fill up really quickly, so finding a chair was a bit challenging at times.

We had a great time for the 2 days there. Luckily it was not exceeding crowed (for mid July) which made reservations and use of the facilities easy. Our room was clean and beautiful! The staff were very helpful. There were lots of food choices on the property. My only complaint is the extra costs like the pool area charged $400-$600 for cabanas and $300 for ‘daybeds’. There weren’t enough regular free chairs but plenty of empty cabanas and daybeds. Also, one of the restaurants on the property is bills as a club so to eat there you had to pay $100+. Two tacos and guacamole and 2 cocktails was over $100 at the taco stand on the beach. The spa services were inflated too. Over $500+ for a facial. It’s a beautiful hotel but be prepared to spend as much as the room extra to enjoy yourself.

Room was really nice and clean, with a large outdoor patio (we were in a garden room). However, it was really loud at night with people moving around on the floors above us. A lot of loud thudding noises, not sure if it was people closing doors or what. The pool and beach are nice, but some of the pool loungers are all ripped up. You also have to pay additional for beach chairs. With the amount you are paying to stay, I would expect this to be included. Overall, we had a nice stay, but you could easily stay somewhere less expensive and still take advantage of many of the hotel amenities. For example, the beach chair rental is only $10 more for non hotel guests. Parking was also very expensive,
