I have stayed here over the years. This time not the best. Hallways had garbage on floor and our room had sugar ants (non biting type). Shared information with the management who stated they would clean and take care of the issue. Also stated the issue was due to extreme heat in LA. Bottom line, they did not clean the room. The staff in the dining room were friendly and good.

After reading some of the reviews, was a bit hesitant about staying the night. Expectations were low, but the staff was great and super friendly . Yeah the hotel is dated and they are to start a renovation soon for the Olympics. Would not hesitate rebooking if needed.

This hotel was beautiful and situated right next to the port. This provided an excellent opportunity for a nice walk around the area in the evening. We felt very safe. The hotel was clean and although you could tell it was older, it was very well maintained. The bartender makes some great martinis 🎉All in all, we will definitely book at this place again.

My checkin experience on 7/8/26 at 10pm was very easy. I placed the date because I forgot the young man's name but he was great. The rooms are clean and spacious and the view was amazing. I would absolutely recommend this hotel if you need a place to relax prior to or after a cruise.
