This hotel was clean, updated, and in a great location. It is walkable to all of the shopping and activities in downtown Pasadena. The staff was friendly and professional. Clean room, lovely common area, very nice bar and restaurant. Friendly staff. Parking garage with easy access to hotel. Food was very good, and great bar and bartender.

The hotel accommodated to change the room to a pool side and I was pleased because the room initially assigned was street side and noisy, the front desk person and manager were nice and helpful
