This hotel was clean, updated, and in a great location. It is walkable to all of the shopping and activities in downtown Pasadena. The staff was friendly and professional. Parking is in a safe deck and is very easily accessible from your room as you can park on whichever floor your room is on. Highly recommend!

The staff was kind and helpful and always greeted us on our way in and out of the hotel lobby. Parking was great and close to the room! The room was clean and spacious for the two of us. We did have our window facing the street but didn’t hear much traffic. There’s lots of restaurants in walking distance which made for a great stay. Would definitely consider this hotel again.

Room was pretty clean but there was a wadded up Kleenex on the floor under the bathroom sink. The staff was extremely thoughtful and courteous! Upon checking in the front desk guy saw I was disabled and had me sit on the couch while he checked me in. Huge help!! Also gave us first level accessible rooms close to parking garage. Huge help!! My room was right across from the pool which I loved. It also had sliding glass doors which was awesome to let our dog outside. Huge help!!!
The food we ordered from the restaurant for dinner was good except I asked for a bowl of soup and the portion was about a half cup!
