Incredible property with one of the best hotel staffs we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. We stayed here 3 nights to celebrate a birthday. I found the restaurant and bar staff to be absolutely amazing, as we went to Savoy Grill, River Restaurant and American Bar. Food and drinks were great. Room (stayed in superior queen) was nice, but having paid similar rates for rooms at other London hotels I probably had high expectations. Anyhow, it still was a decent room and enough space for 2 people. I think the only thing that let it down was some of the reception staff could have been more attentive, or when I came to collect my ID as the lady forgot to return it when checking in I was told to wait but no update given. Eventually about 10 mins later the security guy comes over and asks if I had any other ID when my driving license clearly has my picture on it. Other than some minor customer service things I thought could have been done better, the hotel is a good location and at least can say now been to the Savoy!

Our stay at The Savoy from June 10-13, 2026 was far too short. From walking into the beautifully decorated foyer to the reception desk, it took our breath away. Upon arrival we were treated like royalty and were provided exceptional service. When we arrived into our room we were impressed with the attention to detail and our window view provided an excellent view of the London Eye and Big Ben so that was a plus! Our breakfast was constantly delicious and the service was second to none. We were fortunate enough to dine at the Savoy Grill and once again we were thrilled with the staff and our Beef Wellington. The early morning we left, we were provided with a delicious take-away hot breakfast that started our journey home on the right foot.

Room was beautiful, staff were very attentive, professional and friendly. Cocktail bar had a great atmosphere, breakfast in the Gallery was superb and the staff at reception were very happy, courteous and went out of their way.
