8/10 Very good

Hotel was nice. Elevators are extremely slow. Roof top bar was nice but would have been better if there was someone serving drinks rather having to go get up and stand in line. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

10/10 Exceptional

Came to Houston for my birthday and Christina at the front desk was very kind and upgraded me and my husband to a premium king suite. We had a nice little view of downtown and the sun beam perfectly in our room. The were a few stains on the carpet and the outlets near the bed needed cleaning but other than that, it was a nice spacious room. Nice location downtown as well. We also love the free wine at the front desk and little hors d’oeuvres the chef brought up to check in area. We will stay here again!
