The front desk was very friendly. And so was the answering service and bartender. My only complaints are that 1) there was only one valet working and he was being called in a lot of directions so he wasn’t readily available and so there was a long wait to check in the car and 2) ordered room service. After 40 mins I called and they said they need another 20 mins. After 2 hours I cancelled it and just didn’t eat dinner that night. It was only 2 hamburgers! 😬

I have stayed here before and it was excellent, so I chose to stay here again. Big mistake. I reserved a room for May 16 back on March 23rd. Plenty of advance notice. When we arrived we were informed that our room was not ready yet. We were told that we could relax in the “living room” while we waited for our room. 2 hours after our check-in time and we still didn’t have a room to go get ready in. We were then told that the hotel had a penthouse available for an additional $1200.00. I think not. Why should I pay for their mistake. We were put in a room with a king sized bed, and a cot after asking if we could get ready in their conference room. I was very disappointed this time around, and I think I will look for other places next time I need a hotel.

From stepping out of the car all the way through the end of my trip, all staff were incredible and exactly what I've come to expect from W properties. Everyone was kind, attentive and helpful. I had requested my room to be available early if possible and they were able to accommodate. The restaurant and cafe were both fantastic along with the amenities and my room was clean and comfortable. Thank you for a great stay!
