From the Doorman to Reception, the Housekeeping, Bar, & Restaurant staff you are made to feel so welcome, nothing is too much trouble and they are all so very friendly and extremely professional. I have never been to a hotel with better service. The staff are kind and highly organized. I was very impressed with everyone from the bellman to the front desk. They are accommodating and thoughtful. The room was also in perfect condition with a beautiful view of the atrium. Room service was wonderful and the location was perfect. The bed was firm and pillows were a bit too firm for me but thats personal preference. Loved this hotel and would stay again!

This was my second visit. The room, like before, was nice and clean. I got a great rate on an executive room, much appreciated. All I would say is that the rooms on level one do look out directly onto customers drinking in the palm court, so privacy is a problem on that floor. Other than that, it was a very nice stay!
