My first stay and we really enjoyed the hotel, casino, location, and food options at Park MGM. Check-in and out was simple. Rooms are fine. Nothing to really write home about. Room carpeting was really dirty - can see walk path so management, if you read these reviews, the carpets need to be replaced and more regular cleanings.
