Very Good8.0
Needs a couple years to develop
Room was very modern and clean. I slept great. The parking situation wasn't great (I parked in the wrong structure, which made it difficult to get to the hotel - it wasn't clear there were two, and this one had no elevator). Everything around the hotel was under construction, so there was nowhere to eat or see within walking distance. It was fine for sleeping though.

Dont Go Here, Stay at Ceaser's Palace!!!
The staff was not very accommodating at all the entire stay. We weren't allowed to pull up front and unload, the hotel was being renovated so stuff was everywhere and made it very inconvenient, clubs and other amenities were closed or not available to public...moved to ceasers palace and they were the BEST! Would not stay at Palms again but will be visiting Ceasers Palace boj an annual basis!

Rusty taps
The stay was good initially as the room was clean and quiet. Not happy though about the water as Brown Rust colour came out of the taps.

Just like the pictures
To begin our flight got in pretty early and they were able to give us a pro-rated price to do an early check in, which was great. However, I was very caught off guard with the $50 per night deposit. I was a tad bit upset and confused as to why they required that upfront with the purchase of the room, but that information was not provided during booking. The desk rep made a call and they dropped it to a flat rate of $100 deposit and I had no choice but accept it. Not the best start and not to mention they are doing construction so you almost feel they should give you something complimentary for that big inconvenience in itself. Things did turn around for the better. The front desk rep also through in a buy 1 get 1 free breakfast buffet. I can not remember his name but he was a short white guy with a crew cut and trimmed beard, very nice guy. The hotel room was gorgeous just like the pictures and fully equipped with everything you need. The housekeepers brought fresh towels everyday. No one complained about me ordering take out and the shuttle service was very convenient and saved us money. We rode the shuttle to Caesar's palace and walked the strip from there and went back to Caesars Palace to return to the hotel. I will most definitely stay here again.

Not Recommmend - Way Better Places to Stay
I would not recommend anyone this hotel. There was construction going on which was very loud in the morning and made it impossible to sleep. As well elevators were shut down due to the construction. The Ivory Tower bed is not very comfortable and the internet slow. As well the HDMI input on the tv did not work so I could not look my laptop up to it. The only saving grace was the bathroom was very nice. There are better places to stay when in Vegas and I would not recommend this one
