Above a nightclub
Had we been in the main building, it might have been a good stay. Instead we were stuck in the tower, which is above a nightclub that plays loud music until 4 a.m. To enter, you have to stop by a security guard that lets you into the club, you then have to pass by a bunch of drunk people to eventually find the elevators, which in our case was covered in spilled food, and made our way to our room, which on the way had us walk on carpet that didn't look like it had been cleaned in 10 years. Will not be returning.

This was the most inconvenient hotel stay ever! The entire lobby turns into a night club and they do not explain these details at check in nor explain that it's almost impossible to get into the hotel during this time. We have been denied entrance multiple times and then were made to present ID for every room member just to try and get into the hotel. There needs to be a better system in place for access. First hotel ever to not have blackout curtains. Guests should not have to walk through a night club to get to their rooms nor be treated as a lower priority than bar patrons. The pool was also very dirty. There needs to be a phone placed in rooms for safety. Do NOT stay here.

HORRIBLE PLACE! HORRIBLE GUEST SERVICE! This place is a giant frat house. The music from the club is really loud so if you're expecting to get sleep you won't. And also if you stay there on a weekend they have a block party on their patio with a band. It sounded like I was in the middle of a rock concert the Friday night I stayed there. The live band played until 2 or 3 in the morning and the party didn't stop until 4 a.m. People were running in the hallways yelling and screaming and drinking the entire time. It is Vegas but running and screaming in the hallways and disrupting the other guests is not acceptable. The band was so loud that the windows vibrated. And my TV didn't work the whole three days I was there despite me telling Jason the night desk clerk about it. Jason told me to take the wire behind the TV and plug it into the box but there was no box. And why am I doing that I'm the guest I shouldn't have to do that they should send someone up to help me and they never did. and whenbi called to extend my dissatisfaction Jenal was very rude to me. I had to extend my trip and when I spoke with Jenal about being upset that I was not told there was going to be a live band right outside playing until 3 am (which I think I should be made aware of) Jenal said " well you're the one that rebooked knowing it was a loud place so that's on you." I asked for the manager Gerardo to call me so I could discuss this with with him and I never even got a courtesy phone call back.

I would stay here again.
We checked in and had the most amazing lady help us. Her name is Janelle. If I had to stay anywhere else in the world I would want this lady behind the front desk. She went above and beyond with any request that we had. Everyone at this hotel was there for us. The ice machine was out the whole time we were there but we were able to get our ice form the restaurant, Fiddlesticks. This place is small but they rocked the service., Didn't know it was a place for a much younger crowd. But we still enjoyed ourselves. Like I said the people in this hotel are all about YOU. That's how they made us feel. I will be sending them a care package from Texas because they gave us a Texas-size welcome. Janelle is worth her weight in GOLD...
