"The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff was very courteous. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance of Boston Common. The only drawback of our stay was that we had an adjoining room, and the other guest was playing his guitar late in the evening and early in the morning. We reported this incident at check-out, and the staff offered us an upgrade for our next visit. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Boston."
