"This is a historic hotel so obviously a lot of things were dated and perhaps not the cleanest. But the property itself and pool area are incredible. The staff was helpful and prompt getting us settled for a single night stay on a cross country trip. It's right on bath row/main street with many tourist activities in walking distance including a lovely park and trails. Will have to come back to experience the hot springs spa services one day!"
"Having stayed in the Basin Park on other occasions, we thought we knew what to expect. The day before our scheduled stay, the hotel offered us a free upgrade. We were upgraded to a balcony suite! Very nice and large room in a private part of the hotel. The balcony overlooking the park was private and large enough for a table and 4 chairs. The room had a jetted tub and a sitting area. "
