The first hotel I’ve had to request three different rooms and then request a refund. I’m grateful the front desk staff was helpful and agreed to refund my money as I had not purchased the insurance. All three rooms had dirty/stained bedding and dirty bathrooms. We stay in hotels that have 8+ ratings. This hotel might deserve a 5. In just grateful we were able to get a refund and find a better l, cleaner hotel.

many times I will book hotel according to pictures on their website only to get there & it is nothing like it. However, this hotel was exactly what I was expecting. We got a room with a lake view & I ended up sitting on the balcony for close to 3 hours enjoying the weather & view. We slept in so we didn't get down to breakfast in time but we enjoyed the coffee in the room. I would stay here again for sure.

The lobby is really pretty, and it’s so nice to be on the lake! Apparently there is food and you can feed the turtles at the dock, but we didn’t take advantage of that. Price point is what sold us—but of course, there’s a reason the price is low. Our room was not the cleanest, trash left on floor, mold/mildew shower curtain and in crease of shower, stained sheets on bed. Pool was okay but no towels… One elevator in the building and our room was directly across from it (step out of elevator into our room close). We did not try breakfast. It was nice to save money but I think we’ll pay more and stay somewhere nicer next time.

The hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. It was not clean or functional. Had to move from my first room because of a clear mildew smell and problem. Signs of flood damage in both rooms. The second room smelled better but the freezer was a solid block of ice, the tv didn’t work and neither did the toilet. I had to get those things functioning myself mechanically. Very poor housekeeping. Presence of mold and non functioning items like the dispensary’s in the shower. Do not recommend at all. The staff was friendly I will say. Just a poor environment

Lots of cobwebs in the hotel lobby, hanging from signs and lights. Same in the room, thick webs in the corners and lots of dirt, dust and hair in corners. Room had a bit of a damp smell. Shower would not turn off and WiFi did not work the first night, reported both to the front desk and both were fixed upon return later that afternoon.

The room was clean but for 48 hours of our five day stay our roomed was doomed with the over smell of pott. Even the house keeper noticed it.It flowed straight into our room. First they said they credit our account then next day said she never said that. Never offered to switch rooms or help get the smell out of our room. Pool was gross and not clean. Breakfast area was not clean. Food was not good. However the only thing that was pleasant was our housekeeper was overwhelming nice and happy to help with anything.
