INSECT INFESTATION
When we first arrived the refrigerator in our room did not work properly. The staff at the hotel replaced the refrigerator the next day with another fridge that did not work. We did not have a working refrigerator until the evening of 2nd day. Our bathroom was infested with ants. They were getting in our toiletries and even in our toothbrushes. When this was brought up to the hotel staff they said "yea that happens this time of year" with zero effort to compensate us for this unacceptable situation. We will not stay at this hotel again and would never recommend this facility to anyone else

The staff was very friendly. Our main issue was it did not look like the floor was vacuumed because there were peanuts on the floor next to the bed (very visible). The neighbor on one side was also somewhat noisy.

Outside prettier than inside.
Landscaping was good. The hotel is showing its age, along with mattresses and linen. The air conditioner in our room was loud and the bathroom small. Breakfast was the traditional hotel breakfast food.

Check in staff was friendly. Room smelled musty. Had to get air freshener to cover smell. Our room was facing the road & traffic started at 5:30am. Also, there were tables in breezeway right by our room where people gathered & we were woke up by them & couldn’t get to sleep because they were out at the table til 11pm. We came back from the Great Passion play & there was no parking. Asked front desk where we were to park & were told to park next door in abandon building parking lot.
