Absolutely phenomenal!! Staff was amazing from the moment we got there until our departure. Definitely plan to stay again. Only concerns we had (but did not affect our stay): 1) When we got breakfast with 5 ppl vs 4 ppl, one person’s meal was always forgotten and they had to wait an extra 10-15 min to get their food; 2) My family prefers breakfast buffets, but I loved their breakfast menu

Hands down a great choice if you prefer a relaxing, quiet stay. Staff very friendly and reliable, never a hesitation w every request or inquiry. Peter and Missy(?) from the restaurant side were excellent; Jayne from front desk was knowledgeable and attentive. Hotel also allows use of amenities at Oceanica, a sister hotel. Use Xpedia for experiences/adventures though to save.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the grounds are attractive, especially the boardwalk through the mangroves, and the food at the restaurant was good. We love the rooms and the hotel itself with all the amenities around like the Mangroove, the big nice pool and the restaurant. Services are great, food is not the best for me because mostly are healthy, but for all, it was great!!! Crews were so courteous and they cleaned our room every day. Rooms were clean and smells great. I love this hotel.
