10/10 Exceptional

Beautiful property and well maintained with super staff, who were friendly and attentive. This property is insulated by the couple of blocks that separate it from the heart of downtown, which is sadly over ran with homeless people. By far, the best hotel you could ask for in downtown Asheville.

8/10 Very good

Great location. Some glitches with valet (couldn’t find my keys), housekeeping (didn’t clean room) and front desk (poor room assignment) but they overcame each and worked to make it right, which I appreciated. Good breakfast, great coffee pods in room, and the beds were very comfortable.
