8/10 Very good

We had an excellent stay and would recommend the property, however the only thing that let it down was the breakfast as it was cold, no amenities to toast your bread. We understand the hotel has an Indonesian structure but if they could add a few European choices of cuisine to its dinner menu then it would be great. Overall staff were excellent, friendly and very accommodating and the property was worth the journey to add to that Amsterdam experience.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. We loved the room and the view. Breakfast was delicious. We had a lovely dinner there as well. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool area looked good, unfortunately we didn’t have time to visit it which I was gutted about. The hotel is beautiful. We loved the skybar. Drinks and view were perfect. Our only negative was we thought the car parking was quite expensive at 40 euros but apart from that.

Room i booked to get in you had to pull on the handle before twisting otherwise it wouldn't open. Other than that place was beautiful with nice view of water bike rental was good. In future I would bring a handle bar phone mount to make navigating on the go so much easier.

Great stay at Hotel Jakarta…hotel is clean, staff are friendly and very helpful…breakfast was nice, lots of variety. The bakery is very nice too. Added bonus to have the spa and swimming pool, which we had most days. Would definitely go back.

The breakfast menu was awesome! The hotel was above and beyond our expectations! The front desk gals went out of their way! I had taken a nasty fall at the airport, they noticed, and delivered an ice pack to our room! Exceptional is the word to describe our stay!!

We were leaving Amsterdam from the Cruiseship terminal so wanted to be in close proximity. It was very convenient to the terminal as well as the tram to get us to Central Station. The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic with everything you would want for breakfast. Would highly recommend this property.
