We especially loved the indoor pool, which we had mostly to ourselves and was a real highlight. Unfortunately, our original room had a leak, but the team handled it brilliantly by upgrading us to a better room and giving us vouchers for dinner to make up for the inconvenience. Their excellent customer service really stood out and made us feel well looked after.

The resort is magnificent in every aspect but the location is far from touristic and historical sites, however, the hotel offers a shuttle bus to Veleta which is very convenient. It’s perfect for people who want to rest in a resort with its own amenities. We prefer to be close to restaurants and shops and found it a bit secluded.
