LOVE this place! Great location in the centre of the action BUT is quiet once you are inside! Cool reception and library area and rooms are quite large by Japan standards. Staff friendly and ok breakfast (if a bit smelly at times with the Japanese cooked breakfast!) Would recommend

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. Prime location, great team, clean an quiet. Coffee machine at the lobby was great, as well as laundry room.

Location is excellent. Very close to public transport. Made use of the laundry facilities which was handy. Breakfast was excellent as well.

8/10 Very good

This is a good hotel. Very convenient. In a great location, minimalistic but clean and look goods. The only thing I didn't like is that the windows are covered and that you can't fully open them. If I visit Osaka again, I would book.

Everything was excellent, from the location to the hotel staff to the cleanliness of the property. We appreciated the coffee machine, ice, cold & boiling water. The breakfast was good too. The staff are amazing, they are friendly and helpful and even delivered our luggages to our room when we came early and the room wasn't ready in the morning. The hotel is in great condition, appear to have been recently renovated and well looked after. I would highly recommend this hotel.

8/10 Very good

The hotel's entrance is very impressive but the actual rooms are not as nice. The location is quite good! They are spacious but laid out poorly. The staff at this hotel are amazing and so helpful. I wanted to buy Gamba Osaka tickets and a gentleman up front helped me out immensely.
