Good facility.
Paul wai, 4-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Great value

Great value, convenient access to train and free parking. Bed is not very comfortable and toiletries are basic, I also couldn’t get access to a hair dryer even though it said available upon request. Overall great stay and would stay here again. Be aware there is no air conditioning.
Lisa, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

The hotel accommodated our group of 16 people well. Everything was clean and organized, and check-in went smoothly. Nothing particularly special stood out, but there was nothing wrong either. It was a solid, reliable stay that met our expectations.

A pretty solid stay

For the price and location, it was a good place to stay. The rooms were pretty good, though the breakfast included was a bit lackluster. Overall, pretty good stay though.
2-night trip

2/10 Poor

The room was very old, the bathroom was dirty, and the ventilation hadn’t been cleaned. The bed smelled bad and was extremely uncomfortable. For the price we paid, we could have stayed at a much better place.
Oksana, 4-night trip

8/10 Very good

it was okay, no air-conditioner so need to keep the windows open and train station was right beside so noisy throughout the night

Not impress and will not recommend this

It was terrible. The building that was showing on the website wasn’t what we got. We got a old building with dirty walls suite, cheap bed and pillows. Dirty toilet and very old tub. It wasn’t clean properly.

Awesome stat

Always a pleasure to stay here. Friendly staff and room was better than expected. Always quiet as well

Good stay

It was a comfortable accommodation and for what I was looking for since I was travelling alone. The breakfast was good too, I was only surprised its same array of options daily. The room was fairly warm and the hot/cold water system was functional. The city view from my room was great too, I loved it. The ease of access to train/bus stations also made my commute simpler. I do wish they can make cooking utensils available in the rooms. Basic such as pots, spoons, etc. since there is already a cooker available.

Student residence

This student residence was fine. It was clean, service was excellent, breakfast was good. The only downfall was the heat in the room, there was no ac

Simple but amazing

It was perfect and affordable. The mattresses are not super comfortable but they get the job done.

Unconfortable

The matress are horibly unconfortables. Spring matress and you feel all of them! On text description, App 4 don't include kitchen (only refrigerator and microwave) but on picture, you mention a private kitchen. That mislead us as there was none cookware at all. don't say private kitchen if you need to bring your own cookware... I would stay at an hotel instead. It was to be in family. But only one 3 places sofa and a small 4 seats table for a family of six. it wasn't worth it.

Neat as a pin

Clean and convieniant. If you are heavier like my partner the beds aren't super comfortable. Staff was absolutely amazing and I would stay again when visiting Calgary
Petra, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

It was exactly what I expected, basically student dorms, minimal amenities, but low price. Perfect for if you're just looking for a bed to crash in for the night. Don't go in expecting a 5-star hotel and you won't be disappointed
Kevin, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Issue with parking and lazy front attendants.
2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Breakfast was sub par. Coffee and waffle syrup was watered down. Very disappointing. Bed linen had holes and was very worn. May opt for another hotel next time
ANNA-MARIA, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

This is a dorm- it was great that we had 4 room for the 5 of us BUT there was no way 2 adults fit on the beds comfortably. They are small double beds and like hospital beds- they are also up in the air as they have room under to store items. The only thing I would like to see them add is a TV and maybe some kitchen ware (coffee maker would be amazing). We ate the breakfast 1 morning- not good. The area is cute but it is a walk to the train or parking. We did use the laundry room and it was really nice!
Clint, 5-night trip

8/10 Very good

The kitchen chairs were very dirty and the toilet wasn't flushing properly. The handle was loose and the float stuck, causing the toilet to run constantly - I fixed it. The heat in the buikding was still on on June 21st. Since there was no A/C, the rooms very very hot making it hard to sleep.
James, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Look, it shouldn’t be called a hotel. It’s a student building that has empty rooms. Kitchenette with no cutlery, no dishes, no nothing. Closets with no hangers. Bathrooms very acceptable. Possibly the SAIT institution has a hotel training program and the people are students. Just a wierd experience. There is a parking lot just outside the entrance but you have to park half a kilometer away.
Dale, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The stay was fine, it took care of our basic needs of a bed and bathroom. Not the same comforts as a hotel that you’re used to though. No tv. No blow dryer. No carpet - the rooms just have concrete floors. If you want a space to sit and visit or relax, you need to use the common lounge area on your floor. The rooms get hot, so bring your own fan. It was ok but I’d only stay again if there was no other option. The campus itself is really pretty and easy to navigate and staff was friendly.
Erynn, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They did let us change rooms due to a housekeeping issues. However, it would have been to be upgraded to a corporate room at no charge or offered some sort of incentive/discount for a future stay. Bed frame plus mattress height needs a step stool to get in bed. The mountain and sunset views were amazingly beautiful from even numbered rooms. The divided bed rooms provided privacy. For less than $100 per night it is quite a good deal. It was an interesting dorm like experience. Included Breakfast was pretty terrific….scrambled eggs, muffins, toast, bagels, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee & tea, oatmeal with assorted toppings to choose from plus milk. I would definitely stay again.
Annette, 4-night trip

4/10 Fair

This was a bare double dorm room. There was the common kitchen and bathroom with shower only. The beds were doubles (full) and probably thirty years old and very uncomfortable. I could hardly move in the morning. Bring your iPad because there is no television. It’s advertised as a Kitchenette but there are no dishes, utensils, pots and pans, so don’t plan on cooking unless you can microwave it. There was a Continental breakfast included but it was kinda meh too. This is a sixty dollar accommodation going for double that. Save your back and spend that 120 at a super 8 instead.
