We always enjoy staying at the Mt. Stephen even though we have never received a room upgrade. Staff and atmosphere are great! Only complaint was when I checked in, the staff told me that my reservation benefit was enough to cover either valet of self parking. It only covered one day of valet parking and would have nearly covered all three days of self parking. I guess this is my fault for not understanding the benefit. Still a nice stay.

One of the nicest hotels we've stayed in while traveling! The staff was kind and friendly. The room was large and had lots of amenities (although the "hidden" fridge wasn't found until our last day, whoops!). We loved the full ice bucket, water bottles, and chocolates left for us every evening. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, decadent weekend stay. The room amenities included a really comfy bed, a large walk-in shower with mood lighting, and a bidet. The concierge team are knowledgeable and do everything they can to help plan your activities. Love Bar George, an opulent bar and dining space serving delicious food. Conveniently located so you can park the car and then walk around the city. Valet parking available.
