We had a fantastic stay at KA Villa! Great option for borrowing bikes and cycling up and down the coast or getting a cab into Hoi Ann. Located a short walk from the beach and close to lots of places to eat. Down time always an option with a dip in the shaded pool. Staff were lovely and the breakfasts were great. Laundry on hand. Nice rooms and the whole place had a homely feel.

Everything is simply perfect! The entire staff consists of very lovely and helpful people. The massage is absolutely magnificent! The breakfasts are delicious. The room is equipped with absolutely everything you need. Nearby, there are many excellent restaurants serving delicious food, as well as bars. There are several beaches close by—just a five-minute walk away. The entire surrounding area is very safe.

Our stay at the KA Villa was excellent ❣️ The rooms are well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Fabulous AC and fans which are essential. The rooms were cleaned every day, washing taken and returned the same day at no extra cost. The breakfast menu was exceptional and you had many choices- European, Vietnamese etc. The best part were the staff ! Always smiling and always there to assist your needs. We will miss them. We stayed at KA Villas for two weeks and felt totally at home. There hospitality and kindness we haven’t experienced anywhere else in our travels. The location is fantastic close to the beach restaurants bars and local shops were you again will meet the locals who are very friendly people ❤️

So the property is a bit of a walk from the main beach, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. There are a number of cool restaurants nearby and the hotel staff is very nice. They have plenty of areas to curl up and read a book and finally the breakfast option rock!

The rooms are large and clean, the staff are so helpful and friendly. Breakfast has to be chosen the day before but it wasn't a problem. Our Laundry was done completely free of chage which was a big but nice surprise. The lovely ladies on reception organised our tours snd taxi to the airport. Would definitely go back!

I have been travelling through Asia for almost 2 months and this is my favourite place I’ve stayed! The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. I can’t thank them enough. They clean your room while you are eating breakfast which is really convenient, and the breakfast was also the best I’ve had at a hotel! Very nice hotel. Breakfast was à la cart. I paid for two people, but still only got one item to choose from. A bit noisy from the construction and people.Make sure you make it to the subdivision to the north. there you will find it a lot more lively. More places to eat and hang out as well as an actual beach. Need to cross the road to get to the water, unfortunately there is not much of a beach there at the moment where the hotel is. They cleaned the laundry for you for free if you’re looking for an oasis to write a book go for it. Also keep note that it takes a little bit of time for the room to cool down. But it’s nice to have windows to the courtyard of the hotel on one side to the pool on the other side.

I was here for 24 days during my stay in Vietnam , I could not have been treated any better by the staff at this hotel. The breakfast choices were wonderful And all very delicious ! The housekeeping staff were immaculate, and the maintenance man was there for anything that you needed All in all, I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to be at Na bang beach , I would definitely stay here again
