The Hyatt pampered us from the beginning with valet parking , early check in and lunch with a view overlooking Andares mall. They also allowed us a late check out the next day plus we hung out at the pool above the restaurant until our early evening departure.

Once again, I stayed at the Hyatt. The location, the rooms, the food—everything in general is a 10 out of 10. I’ve stayed at other hotels before and I’ve always regretted it. Whenever I go to Guadalajara, the Hyatt is the best option.

We had a good stay in general. Loved the Regency Club amenities. We were very disappointed to not room service until after 3:00 pm the first day. We were very tired and wanted to rest. They advertise a heated pool, each day it was cold outside in the afternoon. The hallways are very dark. The shower does not have an assist bar and the shower floor is very slippery.
