押し車を押して歩くおかんが風呂場に行くのに階段しか無くて登り降りが大変でしたが，それ以外は畳敷の風呂場は足も痛くなく、風呂上がりのラウンジもお酒も美味しく楽しめました。

口コミに料理がすごく美味しいとあったけど、期待していたほどではなかったです。 貸切風呂がありましたが、説明も使用中などの表示もなかったので、使用していたら、スタッフの人が外から鍵を開けてきた。さすがに勝手に開けるのはどうかと思う。 大浴場は畳張りで、冷たさや滑りがないのでよかったと思う。 温質は最高です！！

シングルベッドタイプとなっており、部屋の変更について問い合わせをしたが対応がスムーズで速やかに対応してくれました。しかし6月より温泉の工事が行われているとのことで風呂が男女の、いずれか片方の入浴となっており、当日までそのアナウンスも無かった。お風呂を楽しみにしており非常に残念でした。

朝食付きで宿泊でしたが、思ったより種類も豊富で和食、洋食とも満足でした。 不満を言うなら、部屋の窓に大きな蜘蛛の巣がかかっていて、そこには蜘蛛が🕷沢山いて、さらに部屋にも見つけてしまい残念な気がしました(･_･;

　食べ放題を大々的に宣伝してる割にイマイチだった、館内廊下などは綺麗に改装されてるが客室が古くシミなどが目立った。 　スタッフの対応は良かったのですが、チェックインに時間が掛り過ぎて外にまで長い列が出来ていた。

料理以外はちょっと残念でした。

とりあえず、豪華な夜ご飯のために泊まります。景色はあんまないし、昭和の施設は...老けてます。でも夕飯はたしかにすごいです。いくら軍艦、ステーキ、マグロ三昧（解体もあって）とか。もちろん全部は食べ放題です。 温泉は、清潔感は充実だけど天然じゃないかと。お風呂上り体は塩素臭かった。

首先不滿Hotel.com，因為自駕遊跟他指示之地圖去找酒店，但是錯誤指示到很遠的山區，經再多次打入洒店名及電話号碼，找了幾個小時最後可以找刭酒店但是酒店名與網站之名亦不一樣初畤亦以為錯最後checki-n 才証實找對，後上到三人房間發現完全没有景，面對住一座山距離约幾米，房間只有一個好细少坐厠及一洗手盆，因住二晚所以到大堂要求換房間，但拒絕稱沒有房間後稱可加錢但都稱沒有房間，經理亦不懂英文最後無奈接受。酒店之晚餐是自助餐我覺得可以。 到翌日外出返回房間發現沒有人清潔過，因為介紹是天天清潔房間，整體今次該酒店沒有什麼好，下次不會再去亦不會介紹朋友去？

外装は綺麗なのに部屋がボロくてがっかりでした。 ビンゴゲームの時にゲームが始まる前に子供がビンゴカードをビリビリに破いてしまい、フロントスタッフの方に交換してくれるようお願いしました。すると、その方はあからさまに不機嫌そうに、何も言わずにカードを指さして 取れば？みたいな感じでした。こちらはすみませんと何度も言いましたがその方は無言でずっと不機嫌なままでした。その方は細身の50〜70代ぐらいの男性で、確か眼鏡もかけいて おじいさんという感じの方でした。ゲームが始まる前だったし、こちらとしてもお金を払ってゲームに参加していて、２歳になったばかりのまだ物事を把握出来ない子供のした事なのに、心の狭い方なんだなと思いました。私も接客業をしていますが人を楽しませて幸せにしてなんぼの仕事なのにあの態度はあり得ないと思いました。キッズスペースもあり、ほかのスタッフの方は親切だったのにその方の印象がすごく強くてがっかりでした。

食事は素晴らしい

浴衣のレンタルは種類を選べるが、早めに選ばないと貧相な柄のものしか無くなる。部屋は元々あった施設を使って要るためか古き良き時代の旅館を感じさせるものであったが、お風呂は大浴場に入るので気にはならなかった。トイレの臭いが気になるのと、電気の豆球が切れていた。 朝食夕食のバイキングは他の口コミにもあるように種類が豊富で、満足だった。
