An incredible stay! The staff were so welcoming, and our room was spotlessly clean every day. The onsen is perfect (I’m going to miss it so much!), and the free ramen was a delicious highlight that exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend!

Lovely hotel in Osaka, with the focus being on traditional Japanese Onsen facilities, which meant leaving our shoes in the lobby, not a bad thing after all the walking we've done. Good room size - Japanese style with a low very comfortable bed. Good laundry facilities

The room was quite spacious and clean, everything you needed in the room including fridge and safe. Everything you need for the onsen was also in the room and replenished everyday. Hotel had post onsen ice cream and yakult AND late night ramen.

Clean and very good location. Friendly staff and best breakfast. Onsen is the bonus.

8/10 Very good

Certain staff members were very helpful and kind. The common spaces were very clean as were the basics in the rooms. The rooms are a bit small and the lighting somehow has many options but few useful ones. Adding breakfast is a good choice and there are many options. The rooms could use a good deep clean as the walls were quite dusty behind furniture.
