Little hotel filled with personality

This hotel had charm and personality. The owner herself met us at front desk upon arrival. Breakfast was excellent good Too bad it was too chilly to use the adorable balcony space, or the roof terrace.

What a wonderful place! Mercedes was so accommodating, helpful and friendly. Room was beautiful. Common areas were perfect. Peaceful town. Would love to come back and stay for a week.

Mercedes is very warm and friendly. We arrived a bit early and checked into our room without problem. The room is clean and spacious. The breakfast is the best we have had. Fresh bread, delicious local marmalade, a good selection of cheese, fresh juice, high quality jamon, etc. Will definitely recommend this hotel!

By check in not friendly. We asked for a early breakfast. reaction from the lady was disappointed to us, way so ugly at 07:30. The price is high for what you get.

Get cheated be the hotel.

I would strongly advise against booking a room at Hotel Boutique Niu Del Sol. We were informed by Hotels.com that the hotel could not comply with their agreement on booking. Subsequently, we have not been refunded our money. we never got an answer back from the hotel 😡😡😡 We have been cheated…
