Our room had a partial view of the ocean but it was a great view nonetheless. The beach is just right across the street. We had an amazing stay. Everything was great - room, staff, and location. Would book this property again for our next visit to Gwangalli.

Great location, rooms were as advertised and clean, bathroom showing their age slightly but overall the hotel is pretty good. Dining at the hotel expensive but plenty of dining options nearby so no real issue (the few times we went to the rooftop the restaurant was very empty, could be so much more with those amazing views!), great opportunity….

Our stay was amazing. Hotel is clean, separate toilet from shower, convenient store located just 10 feet from the hotel, beach is just across the street, amazing view of Gwangalli beach from the hotel, a lot of restaurants. Breakfast buffet included with lots of choices which include but not limited to white rice, bacon, to order scrambled egg or sunny side up and a lot more.

We stayed in the Deluxe twin ocean view. The room is clean and modern. The bed is large, enough to for 2 persons to sleep. The location is right across the beach. Convenience store is just outside the hotel. The only problem is the room is very stuffy and hot. We went mid November. The aircon was turned off centrally so we couldn't switch it on.

Facilities need upkeep

The doors/barriers between the shower and the rest of the bathroom would not close properly so every time I would shower water would get all over the floor.

Very nice hotel for the price. Great location. Beautiful views of the beach AND city. Convenientl to restaurants, bars and shops. My room was clean and spacious. The room had a mini bar (addt'l charge of course) and the tv came equipt with Netflix. The front desk staff spoke decent english. The 15th floor has the hotel restaurant with even more amazing views and a very good breakfast buffet. Its a little over priced at nearly 30,000 krw. A longer stay would have allowed me to view the other dining options in the restaurant. I only stayed 1 night, so the only negative i could find was that the elevators are painfully slow. Other than that, a great hotel experience.

Loved the location very accessible to restaurants, subway, buses and a convenient store attached to the hotel. Loved it was very close to the beach and the view of the Gwangan Bridge which lights up at night. The room was a little dated but clean. The staff were very helpful. I would recommend if you want to be in the heart of it all.

부모님을 모시고 처음으로 여행을 떠나게 되었고 가성비 대비 휴가를 마음 껏 즐길 수 있는 위치를 찾다가 선택하게 되었습니다. 부모님께서 너무 좋아하시고 대만족하셔서 즐거운 여행이 되었습니다. 무엇보다 스카이 라운지와 카운터 직원분들 모두 너무 친절하게 해주셔서 더 좋았고 공용공간에서 혹은 로비에서 보는 뷰가 정말 환상적이었습니다. 위치가 우선 너무 좋고 근처에 카페, 식당 그리고 바로 앞에 바다까지 완벽한 곳이었습니다. 1. 가성비 및 위치 해운대와 광안리 모두 가격을 알아봤는데 해운대가 전반적으로 비슷한 호텔로 알아보면 가격이 비쌌고 시내에도 좋은 호텔이 많긴하지만 켄트 호텔의 위치나 가격면에서 대만족입니다. 광안리로 여행을 결정하게 된 것도 켄트호텔로 숙소를 결정하면서 광안리로 가게 되었습니다. 숙소가 바로 바다 앞에 있으니 바다를 즐기다가 숙소에서 바로 쉴 수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 5월 여행이었는데 전반적으로 가격이 가장 좋았습니다. *참고로 칫솔과 치약은 1000원에 구입이다보니 바로 1층 편의점에서 여행용을 쓰시거나 로비에서 구입하셔도 좋을 것 같습니다. 저희는 로비에서 구입하였습니다. 집에서 가져오셔도 좋을 것 같아요. 2. 조식 및 해피아워 석식 저는 조식과 석식(해피아워,평일) 모두 이용하였습니다. 이유는 조식이 저렴한 편이기도하고 여행을 다니면 항상 아침은 호텔에서 먹는 편이어서 였습니다. 저는 많이 먹는 편이 아니었는데 생각한 것보다 맛있게 메뉴도 잘되어 있었고 맛있었어요. 1) 조식 오믈렛, 계란 후라이도 선택하면 해주시고 그외에는 오뎅탕, 미역국, 시금치 볶음밥, 소세지, 과일, 커피, 요플레, 시리얼, 핫케잌 등 다양한 메뉴가 잘 준비되어있었고 해외 다니면서도 조식을 많이 먹긴해봤는데 저는 가성비 대비 메뉴가 잘되어있었다고 봤습니다. 무엇보다 바다 보면서 먹는 15층 스카이 라운지가 너무 좋았습니다. 2) 석식 (평일 해피아워) 저는 토요일이 아닌 금요일에 먹었습니다. 토요일은 제가 알기로 드론쇼도 있고 스테이크나 디너에 걸맞는 메뉴가 많은 대신 가격이 비싸고, 평일은 칵테일, 맥주, 와인 등이 무제한에 오뎅탕, 볶음밥, 피자, 샐러드, 커피, 그 밖에 술안주에 맞는 칩스 등이 있었고 식사는 8시 마감, 주류는 9시 마감이었습니다. 저녁을 정말 배터지게 맛있게 먹었고 평소 보다 맘놓고 와인과 맥주도 즐길수 있었습니다. 평일이라 한산하기도 했고 밤에 보는 바다 야경과 브릿지는 정말 멋있었습니다. 15층 스카이 라운지 말고도 그 위에 옥상 루프탑 올라가서 아무도 없는 곳에서 야경을 봤는데 너무 멋있었습니다. 3. 서비스 전반적으로 직원분들이 엄청 친절하셔서 감사했습니다. 청소해주시는 분들께서도 밝게 인사해주시고, 특히 프론트나 스카이라운지의 서비스도 만족하였습니다. 프론트나 스카이 라운지 쪽에 이것저것 궁금한 것 있을 때마다 문의드리고 전화드렸는데 필요한 것 있으면 바로바로 챙겨주시고 대응해주셔서 부모님과 대만족하였습니다. 감사합니다!

Great location, average hotel

My stay here was for 1 night to see the Busan drone show, unfortunately the drone show was cancelled due to weather. As for the hotel amazing views from skyline lounge and rooftop, however there are limited tables with a good view. I booked the lounge package and evening drinks and meal options were great, great choices of local cuisine. Room was a decent size but it was an angled view of the bridge not a direct straight on view. Soundproofing is non existent, you can hear conversations anytime people walked past in the corridor and other toilets flushing. Also no real privacy when using the bathroom so if you feel shy doing your business with others in the room this might need to be considered. As for the area, it is very lovely and you can hear the noise in the hotel so is that is not for you, choose a different hotel. Location - outstanding you are in the heart of everything. Staff are friendly but not overall so. Overall, I could probably do one or two nights in this hotel but nothing more.
