Room was very clean upon check-in. Staff were helpful and friendly. Valet service procedure worked and my car was available within a few minutes. They even gave good directions to the Christmas Story house...a must see in Cleveland.

Very clean room, polite and helpful staff, quick check-in process. Easy garage parking and optional valet services. In a good location downtown, but still far away enough from event spaces to not be too noisy at night. Have stayed here twice now when coming to Cleveland, always a good choice.

Nice hotel, the room was clean enough. We had the breakfast buffet, which was pretty good. The staff at the Noshery was phenomenal, front desk staff was awesome too. I would definitely stay here again.

We were there to work at the AMA Supercross races held in Huntington Bank Field. It was a convenient 1/2 mile walk to the stadium which was perfect for logistics. The interactions with various staff were pleasant and informative. The room was clean and comfortable, and the restaurant was very nice. We would definitely stay there again.
