Staff were very welcoming and friendly, our garden room was beautiful and different from staying in an ordinary hotel. Location was perfect on the beach at the end of the restaurant strip , easy to walk along the front but not too noisy. We have never had a more relaxing vacation! It felt very White Lotus without any drama where everyone takes the best care of you and you feel like family at the end. Food was excellent, service off the charts and accommodations were straight out of paradise. A few feet to the pool, a few feet to the beach! Breakfast was included and was so generous that we really only needed one more meal each day! Everything at Ocho was amazing, the customer service went above and beyond to make it have a family feel and that we were always taken care of. The rooms were amazing, breakfast every morning was delicious, the beach club and restaurant was one of the best on the beach with great music. The location is extremely close to all restaurants.I felt super safe which was something I worried about being right on the beach but the rooms are very protected. I have zero bad things to say about this place, 10/10 experience and would HIGHLY recommend staying here!
