This hotel campus was perfect for our stay. There are 2 pools and lots of activities for the kiddos. Definitely family friendly which can be tricky in the keys. Free shuttle got us to and from Duval street. Wpuld stay there again.

Absolutely loved this hotel!!! Can’t wait to come back again. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the property was so nice. The whole property is wheelchair accessible, my room was on the ground floor so very easy to access. Loved how accommodating the staff was and how willing they were to help and go above and beyond. Will definitely be back to this hotel!!!

Although I spent one night at this resort I was enormously impressed. The buildings are like new and meticulous. A/C was effective and staff were friendly. The breakfast was a little disappointing. The fatfait yogurt was not fresh and partially frozen. Other than that kudos. I will be going back

Had a great time! Staff was great and extremely helpful. Had a small glitch with the water system but they took care of it immediately upon notification. Shuttle was great as well. Off a busy street, but you would never know it. And…in addition to the food options, there is a Starbucks on site!

The place was clean and staff were very friendly. The room was nicely appointed. The non-Tesla chargers were all broken which was disappointing but I was able to trickle charge. One elevator was also out but another one nearby was available and quick. Overall, very nice and I’d likely stay again but the lack of a charger when it was billed as being available was a disappointment.
