Great stay, very cool hotel in a cool neighborhood, lots of restaurants near the museum, plus a lot of Harry Potter stuff. The staff was very friendly, the room was cosy, you can also get extra pillows and pick which type of pillow you want. My wife liked the onsen. You even get a small gift when you fill out a questionnaire!

Very tiny room since in Tokyo. Offered pajamas, extra pillows, a liquor bar in evening, traditional baths. The breakkfast was ok, mostly sweet rolls, but did have good smoothies. Covenient to 2 different subway stations and the Shinkansen train line.

Great hotel close to two major metro stations, lively downstairs in the evening. The hotel was quiet and clean. Staff was super helpful, and they help with luggage forwarding. There is laundry for 100 JPY.

Very convenient location! As others have said, it’s a small room. I wouldn’t book it for the last night of your trip when you need to unpack and re-pack everything, there’s just not enough space. But, it was perfectly good for mid-trip when I could afford to leave everything mostly packed. Very close to many train stations. Happy Hour options looked great although I never got the chance to partake. Front desk service was top tier, they were so helpful forwarding my luggage to the next hotel and I really appreciated them going the extra mile (phoning the next hotel on my behalf). Thank you!

Great spot! Centrally located and extremely convenient. The onsen was clean and relaxing. Rooms are a bit small but typical for Tokyo! Would recommend to anyone looking for a reasonably priced quality hotel in the city.

Convenient hotel location . Near dining options and metro stations . Room was the smallest room in my entire trip to Japan but that’s to be expected in Tokyo . Decent hotel .

Great location but the hotel is dated. Only one elevator so could be a bit of wait during busy hours. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

This hotel has a great location between two metro stations and was perfect for my stay. The area is lively with shops and restaurants but still gives you a quiet night sleep. The hotel staff were lovely and very helpful and I really enjoyed the bath! The room it self was a little worn down but comfortable, but it really needed a deep cleaning. Toilet, sheets etc was really clean but there were layers of dust on bathroom lamp, on lists etc. If that would be done I would recommend this hotel to everyone!
