This place is great, especially for families, with large, well-designed modern-equipped rooms with all amenities (TV, kitchen, washer & dryer). Staff is very nice and helpful. There is a family restaurant accessible from the second floor (Saizeria) and a convenience store on the first floor.

Perfect stay close to Tokyo Station, with eateries and 3 supermarkets meters away! Our apartment was perfect with everything we needed. Check in staff spoke perfect English which was rare in our 3 weeks in Japan! 10/10 stay. If I had to suggest some improvements- the room black out was not good even with blinds and sliding windows. Also though we stayed 5 nights, I’m quite certain no cleaning was done throughout our stay - only towels changed mid-way. So I felt the room getting a bit dusty by the third day. But this was a perfect apartment for our needs and I would choose this again the next time!

I stayed for 2 weeks at this apartment hotel. The rooms are clean and beautiful with touch of Japanese style. All kitchen equipment are brand new and practical. They have many free rental options like a toaster-oven, rice cooker, Apple TV etc. All front desk staff are friendly and attentive. The location is perfect close to the subway and Tokyo station. There are many convenient stores, 24 hours open supermarket, and restaurants around the hotel. I really love this hotel and highly recommend for people who have a long stay.
