Overall a good stay for family
We stayed for four nights and we really like the convenient location of the property. Overall the place is clean with friendly staff. The only problem we had encountered was when we found out the bed sheet was torn, the staff only gave us a new one and asked us to change ourselves. We were a bit disappointed with the service. Other than that, everything meets our expectation for an apartment hotel and I wish the staff is more attentive.

Lovely small hotel with great staff. The room was (relatively) large and the kitchen and dining room were very handy. Produce store across the street and convenience stores close by. Beds/pillows were firm and comfortable. Close to a few different subway lines and close to Ginza strip, but on a very quiet street. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend.

Great hotel for families in Tokyo
We had a great stay in the Pokemon room at Mimaru. The hotel is in a good location within an easy walk of Giza and surrounding stations. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic and our children loved staying here. Kitchen facilities were good and the dining area was excellent. The only thing I would improve with the room was there was very limited space for luggage.
