We stayed for three nights. For two of the nights, our AC was not cooling. We complained multiple times. It was so bad because it was so hot outside. Finally, on the third night, we were able to move to another floor and then the AC was working fine. Breakfast was very good. We arrived early and asked for early check-in. My son was not feeling good and really needed to rest. No rooms were available, which was understandable. But once people started checking out, I thought they might prioritize to get one of our rooms cleaned first. But no, we had to wait till very close to check-in time. We explained how our son was not feeling good and if they could do anything to get that room clean sooner, but unfortunately, nothing happened. For the amount of money we paid for this room, I expected much better.

Amazing location! Just steps away from the Sloterdijk train station and easy access to Grand Central Amsterdam with 1 stop and 2 stops away from Schipol airport.
